 Sundar Pichai's team and the support of 181.69 billion US dollars turnover company has now introduced a google chat app concept an alternative to leading chat app's Whatsapp and Telegram. Google has launched a recent chat app that will become more beneficial for IOS users and android very soon.

 ABOUT GOOGLE CHAT APP.

        Google has recently introduced a concept of a new chat app i.e "GOOGLE CHAT" this app has been amalgamated within the G-Mail app than it will be effortless for the users to get access to multiple features within the same app and to save the device storage.

Google chat has now become a part of the Gmail biome that has multiple features like google meet, hangout's and now google chat. 

      Earlier Google chat app has only B2B offering's it has prohibited this app for personal users but now google has enlarged its tech balloon blowing in a fathomless tech era and welcomed all personal users on google chat and now the google chat has become a C2C offering app. [credit-https://english.jagran.com/]

DOUBT ABOUT B2B & C2C TERM'S??

     Generally, B2B and C2C terms are marketing terms. In a marketing language, it flashes B2B as a direct business-to-business contact and C2C means direct consumer-to-consumer contact.

Here this term connotes one email recipient to another email recipient(B2B). while C2C represents direct for a personal purpose here.

   GOOGLE'S PRIORITY TO IOS USERS

        

Google has given precedence to IOS users for the usage of this application. The IOS users can access the google chat app directly from the Gmail interface. IOS users (iPhone, iPad, mac book) can find this app at the bottom of the Gmail interface. 

WORD OF HONOUR has been received by google for android users. They have assured that they will also launch the same feature for android users.

BASIC SETTING'S FOR IOS USER'S TO RELISH THE CHAT FEATURE.

1. You need to confirm whether you are using the latest version of Gmail or not?. If not then get it updated by the app store or play store.
2. After updating the app go on the app interface and click on the sandwich menu button from the top left of the screen.
3. After clicking the menu button then go into the settings and go to your personal Google account.
4. The last step is to select the chat option to enable a messaging platform to your Gmail.
